Rama gives the former mayor of Librazhd the important post
Prime Minister Edi Rama and Kastriot Gurra

The former mayor of Librazhd, Kastriot Gurra, has been appointed head of the State Agency for Expropriations.

By decision of the Council of Ministers and proposed by the Minister of Infrastructure Belinda Balluku, Gurra will take the place of Egra Ibrahimi, who is relieved of this duty.

DECISION:

The release and appointment of the general director of the State Agency for Expropriation

In support of article 100 of the Constitution and point 3, chapter III, of decision no. 395, dated 13.5.2020, of the Council of Ministers, "On the way of organization and operation of the State Agency for Expropriation", with the proposal of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Council of Ministers

DECIDE:

1. Mrs. Egra Ibrahimi, General Director of the State Expropriation Agency, is relieved of this duty.

2. Mr. Kastriot Gurra is appointed General Director of the State Expropriation Agency.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
