"Rama" and "Balluku" were seen at the Democratic Party protest enjoying a bottle of wine sitting at the table together.

This is the instillation of the protesters that ironizes Prime Minister Edi Rama and his deputy, Belinda Balluku, the latter under investigation by SPAK, suspended from state duties and prohibited from leaving the country.

The opposition has repeatedly accused Balluku of not acting alone, but according to them, Rama is equally responsible.
