The opposition protest has started in Shkodër. Dozens of citizens started from the city hall, marching on Pedonale as a sign of awareness.

"Civilization is stronger than crime. They are killing us, we need a reaction", reads the large banner that the protesters are holding in their hands.

At first it was agreed that it was a form of civil disobedience, but this march was peaceful. Citizens observed a minute of silence for the victims of the assassination attempt in Dobraç, among them was an innocent citizen, Flutura Basha.

The former head of this municipality, the democrat Bardh Spahia, is also present at this march. He declared to the media that "all state structures must be set in motion to prevent Shkodra from falling into the clutches of crime."

"Shkodra today is the cradle of organized crime and the only cause is Edi Rama and the revival". This is what Flamur Noka said at today's opposition protest in Shkodër.

He accused the police of being linked to crime and called on the citizens to stand up against the regime.

"Therefore, we are here to sensitize the citizens of Shkodra and all of Albania against this crime. Albania, which has opened the chapters of negotiations and is a member of NATO, cannot be the country of organized crime, the cradle of the mafia. Albania should be another Albania, a normal Albania. That's why we're here, to say stop. The plan is a march, a protest march against political crime, against crime with a state face. The police have no time to deal with the law, they have gone off the rails of the law as they are a narco police. At a time when the police are focusing on the fight against the opposition, this is significant. The police are one with crime, as the entire regime is under the clutches of crime. The message is for the citizens to stand up against the narco-regime, against crime with power, against this regime that is trying to destroy Shkodra and all of Albania. Albanians cannot accept a crime that is under the clutches of crime ," said Noka.
