Shkodra Mayor Benet Beci after leaving SPAK

The mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, appeared today at the Special Prosecutor's Office, while it is still unclear why he was summoned.

He entered and came out smiling from SPAK, as he rushed by not answering the question about what he testified about in SPAK.

He also avoided a journalist's question, if - as alluded to - he submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Edi Rama.
