As soon as the plenary session in the Assembly closed, where 82 votes were cast against SPAK's request for Balluk's arrest, Berisha joined the opposition protest in front of parliament.

He said that today Rama marked his political suicide. 

Berisha addressed the protesters, saying that today is full authorization for the most powerful uprising, saying that "it is our spring."

You have come here in defense of the Constitution, in defense of human dignity, in defense of the interests of every Albanian citizen from a criminal organization, which uses the stolen power to protect its thefts and crimes. Dear friends, today Edi Rama, the head of the criminal organization, marked his political suicide. He marked his political end. He signed the right of Albanians to remove him by all means from his criminal power. Today, he did not vote for Lubi Balluku, he voted for himself, he voted to protect the thefts he has committed, the ugly crimes he has committed. Friends, in national history there has been no one with lower human standards than this man. But I emphasize again that it is your work, it is your resistance, it is your protest, your uprising that made him appear before all Albanians today as the most humiliated government in national history. As the most humiliated government in Europe. There is no government in Europe today who makes laws, who votes to protect his thefts as Edi Rama did. There is no other government in Europe who has signed dozens and hundreds of times the theft of the assets of Albanian citizens and their funds.  There is no other government in Europe who, in order to protect his crimes, closes the doors of the integration process for Albanian citizens.
