The plenary session in the Parliament has begun.

Prime Minister Rama is present at the plenary session. It is learned that Elisa Spiropali and Fatmir Xhafaj are not present.

Today is the vote on two respective reports of the SP and DP regarding the SPAK request for the lifting of the immunity of former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku. 

In parallel, an opposition protest has also begun outside the Parliament in opposition to the Socialists' stance not to hand over Balluk. The latter has the right to speak, but Parliament Speaker Peleshi said that the Socialist MP did not present a specific request.
