Former Speaker of the Albanian Parliament, during the rule of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Jozefina Topalli has reacted for the first time to the accusations that SPAK has brought against him and his son-in-chief, Jamarber Malltezi.

Topalli says that the order of a ban on movement issued by SPAK for Sali Berisha is "an extreme violation of human rights".

Further in her reaction, Topalli accuses SPAK of being under the political use of the majority against the opposition and that this, according to her, endangers the stability of the country.

The use of threatening, stopping, arresting or stopping movement against the opposition leader and his family is an extreme practice, which extremely violates human rights, undermines democracy and stability of a society.
This practice is used by authoritarian regimes or extreme groups, seeking to suppress a country's political opposition.

In the ridiculous state of prosecutors, they happen to order the prohibition of the movement of the deputy, without the permission of parliament, in very serious violation of the Constitution, as an unforfectable overrance of the rule of law and as a clear fact of the implementation of political orders.

The political use of justice against the opposition of a country, especially against the opposition leader and his family members, is the most dangerous step for the stability of the country, but it can also be turned into a decisive step to change the situation from a corrupt and criminalized state to a country that is sacred to the public interest.
Mafia regimes must be deposed along with their political justice!
