Justice has begun to shake off the dust of the file for the privatization of the "former Partizani complex" in Tirana.

By order of SPAK , this Saturday Jamarbër Malltezi , his partner Fatmir Bektashi , were put in handcuffs , while former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was assigned the security measure of compulsory presentation and blocking of passports.

Through a status on " Facebook ", Ylli Manjani writes that people cannot be arrested without evidence, it's injustice, I don't have it only for VIP arrest situations.

Manjani adds that they also destroyed the opposition, but the new (in)justice will continue with them, with the same ruthlessness.

Ylli Manjan 's post :

So, to understand exactly, a criminal case is registered in 2020 and after 3 years of investigations, they still haven't provided a single piece of evidence to file an official charge.

After 3 years, that is, when the procedural deadlines were running out, some coercive measures were simply taken for persons under investigation, not for defendants.

I repeat:
the persons under investigation, despite equality in procedural rights, ARE NOT DEFENDANTS. I mean NOT

THEY ARE UNDER ACCUSED.
Because in order to raise an accusation, evidence is needed, not conjectures of political and popular accusations.

The question that is asked is:
Is it a democratic and constitutional standard to arrest in prison, i.e. deprivation of liberty, for persons for whom the state has no proof of guilt?! Can a person be kept in prison without evidence?!

I have been raising this issue for some time. I didn't leave it for VIP situations...

I suggest the socialists, their phalanxes in the justice system, reconsider this lack of standard and guarantee, because it will fall on their heads already.

They also destroyed the opposition, but the new (in)justice will continue with them, with the same ruthlessness.
