The political ally of the former prime minister Sali Berisha, Ilir Meta has reacted in relation to the arrest of Jamarabër Malltez , the son-in-law of the former prime minister, the appointment of the security measure ' mandatory appearance ' for Sali Berisha as well as the appointment of the measure ' mandatory appearance ' for the builder Fatmir Bektashi .

Meta defended his ally, stressing that this was done by order of Edi Rama.

Ilir Meta 's post :

" The directed justice has undertaken its unconstitutional and illegal actions against the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha by political order of Edi Rama.

These actions, which have violated the Parliament of Albania, require the avoidance of attention from corruption and the very heavy personal responsibilities of Edi Rama for the affair of the incinerators and many other affairs worth hundreds of millions.

The only political goal is the blackmail and intimidation of the opposition, which is persistently denouncing the very bitter truths of the government's mafia corruption .'- writes Meta.
