Low turnout, The Oblast candidate in The Oblast blames the weather: We had it

Indrit Sefa, the candidate of The Oblast in The Oblast, blames bad weather for low turnout in elections and not the inability of the opposition to get citizens to vote.

"Atmospheric conditions were not in favour of high participation in elections, but many people exercised their constitutional right. I heartily thank everyone who participated in the election, despite their political preference. I'm sure the content and citizenship will accompany us until the last vote counts! The will of the albanians will be read as it is at the ballot boxes" says Sefa.

Sefa declares that "the desire to have a municipality in the service of people, I have felt in every meeting with my fellow citizens, so I strongly believe that their vote is for change".
