The Socialist Party is declared the winner of the elections in the Municipality of Rrogozhina. The Municipality of Rrogozhina will be led by Edison Memolla for the next four years.
He managed to defeat his rival from the "Together We Win" coalition, Shkëlqim Hoxha.
In the May 14 election, SP won by a narrow margin of 30 votes, but the opposition complained that this result was overturned by the vote of prisoners in this town, who were not residents of Rrogozhina.
