The Democratic Party parliamentary group has today begun a temporary boycott of proceedings in the Assembly, refusing to participate in meetings of the Parliamentary Committees.
The decision was made the day before and was conveyed through a message from the group's leader, Gazment Bardhi, addressed to all Democratic MPs.
In the message, Bardhi clearly emphasizes that no MP should participate in committees until a new decision by the group:
" Tomorrow, Monday, 10.11.2025, at the meeting of the Parliamentary Group, at 12:30, NO one should be absent!
Until the parliamentary group meets and decides, NO MP WILL PARTICIPATE in the meetings of the Parliamentary Committees. This will be a temporary reaction of the group, given the situation created in the last session, until a final decision is made. So, tomorrow we will NOT go to the meetings of the Parliamentary Committees," writes Bardhi in the message sent to the Democratic MPs.
