Mandates Council

The meeting of the Mandates Council continues from 10:30, where SPAK's request to the Parliament to lift the immunity of MP Belinda Balluku is being reviewed , in order to pave the way for her arrest.

The meeting is being held behind closed doors, with absent members of the Council led by Niko Peleshi, the new head of SPAK Klodian Braho and the two prosecutors in this case,  Dritan Prençi and Dorina Bejko .

Earlier, Niko Peleshi read the report, while DP member Gazment Bardhi requested that this meeting be held with open doors, but was opposed by Taulant Balla.
