The deputy of the Democratic Party, Dashnor Sula , in his speech at the plenary session, spoke about the agreements of 2008, for the change of the electoral code, where he stated that the main characters of that agreement are the former prime minister, Sali Berisha, and the current prime minister. Eddie RAma.

Dashnor Sula: We are talking about the agreement of 2008. Fortunately, we are 10 men who were in that agreement. But the two main characters are missing, Mr. Berisha who you imprisoned there and Rama who does not come here.

These two people know why the electoral code was changed in 2008.

I don't call myself that accomplished, but I am proud that together with Mediu and others, we voted against the constitutional changes of that year and it was this parliament that submitted to that agreement.

Those changes damaged democracy, but where were those MPs then. We know very well the pressure they put on us to vote and we didn't give up, because we knew they would come to the parliament strong and democracy would be violated. Before you speak, turn your head back, think about what you said, because history will judge you.
