The Electoral Code for the benefit of Albanians is the biggest sacrifice, the biggest sacrifice in the name of these 6 months of denormalization and normalization. Today, before you start the work, I have a call, give up for a moment your narrow party agendas, your personal agendas and give the Albanians an Electoral Reform Commission by the end of the month with the parameters that have always been there and with a decision-making process on the proposals that have been there for 2 years now and don't repeat the scandal of 2008 that came after another scandal and disaster. My call is before we proceed with this agenda to speak out loud and vote for something that everyone who cares about this country, who is worried about the fate of democracy, who is even more worried about the fate of the next elections, wants from this parliament , electoral reform for citizens and not for politicians ", said Basha.
