Former leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha is paying a visit to the city of Vlora, where he met with party structures in one of the cafes in the area.

In a brief communication to the media, Basha refused to make a political statement when asked about the Assembly of Democrats to be held the next day at the Palace of Congresses.

When asked why he chose to be in Vlora today just like Prime Minister Rama, Basha replied that he did not know he was there: "I did not know he was here today!"

In the meeting with the democratic structures, Basha was only unaccompanied by the Democratic deputies.
