The head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, has reacted harshly regarding the administration of the SPAK file on the "Balluku" case.

He accuses the majority of trying to hide corruption and demanding that investigative materials and evidence be made available to MPs before decision-making in the Mandates Council.

At the beginning of his reaction posted on Facebook, Bardhi addresses the Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Pelesh, saying 'Niko, you are wrong'.

" Niko, you're wrong! I can't keep Edi Rama's corruption in a safe anymore! It's out in the open, in every public job!"

SPAK, according to the law, has the obligation to bring the report to the Assembly, accompanied by supporting evidence. It does not bring these to be locked in the Assembly Protocol vault, but to make them available to the members of the Mandates Council and the accused MP, so that they are prepared for decision-making at the meeting.

"To implement the law, you don't need to ask either SPAK or Edi Rama! Make the full material available to the deputies, including the accompanying evidence of the report and the prosecutor's order dated 16.12.2025," says Gazment Bardhi.
