Democratic Party Secretary Flamur Noka met with the democrats' allies in the blue headquarters, a day before the protest slated to be held in Tirana.

Noka said tomorrow's protest will be "civil disobedience" and will be discussed with allies behind closed doors on how it will happen.

He said citizens must flock to Tirana to take power, as "it is now DP time".

"Yesterday, Edi Rama with the phalanga of crime he committed in London showed his face once again. The recent violence is clear indications of a crime-soaked government that is dying and is in its final days. The conspiracy against Albania and Albanians organized by George Soros and Edi Rama cannot work after November 5. We have two historic resolutions from CDI and EPP in support of the Democratic Party.
