At the closing meeting in Gjirokastra, Prime Minister Edi Rama leveled accusations at the new parties. He said that their mindset is old. He also made the comparison with the LSI, as "bad seeds that should not be allowed to germinate."

This comment came after Adriatik Lapaj's statement, who in a television interview said that if it were up to the Albania Is Made Initiative, Rama would fall from power and the country would go to early elections.

"You've heard what they say, the so-called new parties. 'If we had the chance and the Albanians gave us the votes to prevent us from forming a government, we would go to early elections.' Do these remind you of anything? I think that those involved in agriculture know very well what a bad seed is and it is the bad seed that the late LSI planted. And you know what we have removed with that bad seed. Today, that bad seed must not be allowed to germinate and take over the fields of Albanian politics because there is no offer, there is nothing new, there is the same language of the swamp, the insults of the swamp, the accusations of the swamp. And unlike the swamp, there is only one thing. The swamp has a tired, exhausted owl, whose lights go out every five sentences, while they have some young guys, this is true. In age, but not in brains. In brains, they are all little owls,"  Rama said.

He said that the Socialist Party guarantees the new justice. Therefore, for Rama, the May 11 elections are the opportunity to join the EU because "the EU has opened the door for us."

"That door doesn't stay open every day. It's a house of the rich. The door opens when they are interested and when all 27 of them agree together ," he said.

"Now there are two ways, either we will come together and face the negotiations with them. We will support Albania to conclude the negotiations to enter the EU or we will let this historic chance slip away like we have let other chances slip away because here in Albania they will cast their votes up and down here and there, in the swamp and in those flying carpet shops,"  Rama said.
