Justice Minister Ulsi Manja reacted to the violence in the Assembly and protests warned of civil disobedience by the opposition.
Manja says that this action warned by the opposition is more like "civil thwarting" than disobedience, and is about Sali Berisha's personal plight. He says that every "guardian" who walks down this road will go to justice on his own feet for the criminal offenses he consumes.
According to Manja, these violent protests were not sparked by anger over the imprisonment of Ervin Salianji as he, "is a convict for the criminal offense of creating circumstances for a false report. So to the highest degree of defamation through the fabrication of peaceable facts."
The full response of Minister Manja:
- [ ] Now this Civil Disobedience as far as I know is the great invention of Mahatma Gandhi who defied the British Empire, getting down on his knees to cut the way for the colonial army. It does not result from my recent research that Gandhi used strong means to strike British adversaries, or gasoline cans to put a flare on institutions or rubbish bins.
This "Civil Disobedience" of Saliu seems to me to be basically a kind of throttry or uncivil router as Mrs. Duma would say. He preaches this uncivil streetman or throttle from the cage of house arrest, where he has not actually locked up any narcissist, but has closed his non-civil disobedience to the justice organs. Saliu has his old gun meat policy for ball, it's been known since he came on stage with two fingers. It is known that he always has the ball, and those who follow him blindly like Salianji with friends make available meat. Since I spent the entire week green in Lezha county and met many people there - where I didn't find a single man who considered Salianjin a prisoner of conscience but where everyone considers him a victim of unconsciousness - I find it very difficult to understand who the "Gandhians" of this uncivil route will be, who will go to court on their own feet for the criminal offense of blocking roads or destroying public property. If there are some routers who deal with this next failure of the opposition with their heads in house arrest and with their feet in the road disobedience, this fact will not change at least three truths:
- [ ] First, this call for confusion comes only as an escalation of Saliu's family's difficulty with justice and is supported by MPs with match in their pockets, as an escalation of the problem to be put on The New List of Saliu.
- [ ] Second, that this thruster or noncivil road that medemek is raging with anger over the political imprisonment of Salianjit, cannot change the truth that Salianji is a convict for the criminal offense of creating circumstances for a false claim. So to the highest degree of defamation through the fabrication of peaceable facts.
- [ ] The third, that this new violent adventure that will produce nothing more than previous adjectives of this kind, again appears as a big bucket of tar over Albania just as the country enters a new phase of negotiations with the European Union in the middle of this month.
[ ] That's what the vast majority of people think there in Lezha, Mirdita and Kurbin, where I spent the green week of the Assembly. Thanks for the clarity, I'm closing it here.
