The Freedom Party protest at the Tirana incinerator started with a comical incident. Apart from the small number of protestors, PL militants from Berat did not arrive at the protest, because they did not know... the address.
Former deputy Lefter Maliqi, representative of the district of Berat, spoke to the media shortly before the start of the protest and stated that citizens from the area he represents have left for Tirana.
He said that another group was still on the way to the protest site because they did not know the address and were late. However, the former MP said they were on their way and would join the rally moments later.
