Marjana Koçeku invited to the European Parliament for the Tirana protests

The Socialist MP in the Shkodra Region, who decided to leave the Socialist Party and become an independent, Marjana Koçeku, went to the European Parliament this Tuesday.

She writes that she has been invited by several MEPs to discuss the protests in Tirana, but also the corruption and arbitrariness of a government that, according to her, has crossed every line.

“Europe must turn its eyes towards Albania more than ever.

"I am honored to be in the European Parliament in Brussels these days, at the invitation of several MEPs, with whom we will discuss environmental issues, the protests of these 30 days, and the many problems our country is facing, especially the corruption and arbitrariness of a government that is crossing every border," writes Koçeku.
