Today, with part of the family, Ramiz Lladrovci voted in Tirana for the local elections. On this occasion, Lladrovci remembered the first day he stayed in Tirana.

"That day in 1992 remains unforgettable. I arrived in Tirana severely tortured, having just been released from Pristina prison. From Kosovo, accompanied by two of my friends, Hashim and Kadri, we went straight to the Tirana Hospital", wrote Lladrovci.

Tirana, as always beautiful. With a part of the family, we fulfilled our civic duty to vote in the local elections. During the voting, I remembered the situation of what Tirana looked like in the first days when I entered Tirana.

That day in 1992 remains unforgettable. I arrived in Tirana severely tortured, having just been released from Pristina prison. From Kosovo, accompanied by my two friends, Hashim and Kadri, we went straight to the Tirana Hospital. There, my injuries were taken care of by dr. Shaipi and surgeon Dr. Mustafa Xhani, son of Baba Faja Martanesh. I always have strong feelings for our Tirana, the heart of the nation.

Yes, from those days in 1992, Tirana has changed a lot for the better. Today, Tirana has numerous cultural and touristic values, it has entered the tourist agendas to be visited as a capital in global competition.

Tirana is changing for the better every day and the dynamics of development is very great. I believe that my vote will serve Tirana and all Albanians who will be proud of the Albanian capital. Success!
