Lefter Maliqi reveals CONVERSATIONS with Ilir Meta: He was sick, I

The former chairman of LSI, Ilir Meta , who became president and then returned as chairman of the Freedom Party , disappeared for several days from public appearances.

Invited to Breaking on Top News , was the former deputy, Lefter Maliqi , the latter said that: I communicated with Meta every day, but I did not ask him where he was.

Lefter Maliqi: I communicated with Ilir Meta, every day, I don't know where he was these days. He is a man of law, I have known him since he was a deputy for the first time .

We recall that after the news that Ilir Meta had left Albania, he was the head of the PL himself, in a press conference where he revealed that he has not made a public appearance for about 3 weeks due to some health issues.

" For the sake of the truth, during these 3 weeks for personal reasons of some health issues, I have not been publicly engaged, as far as you are concerned ", said Meta.
