Former minister Aldo Bumçi is on the new list of officials who will be declared non grata in connection with his involvement as former Minister of Justice in the lobbying of Shkëlzen Berisha in the arms dismantling business in Gërdec.
PD member Sidi Hasanaj from a television studio spoke about other persons declared non grata by Great Britain.
He mentioned Klevis Balliu and Aldo Bumçi. According to him, the latter is on the list of non grata in connection with his involvement as former Minister of Justice in the lobbying of Shkëlzen Berisha in the business of dismantling weapons in Gërdec.
"In an informal conversation, they told you that Mr. Klevis Balliu could be declared non grata. Berisha said that Klevis Balliu is also in the non grata file, I researched the reason why he was declared non grata. For a reason, a scheme from the EU has been chosen. They have sent names to SPAK where it is said that they are non grata and to be investigated for the wealth. These supply the anti-Western bunker that will destroy the justice reform and return it to Gjin Gjonaj. Why has a property investigation been launched against Baci?
I told him the reason: business connection with the Berisha family. To my knowledge, it is Aldo Bumçi, non grata for the fax letter that was sent to Shkëlzen Berisha and Fatmir Mediu for Gërdec, which he denies and says is forged. SPAK prosecutors have complained to the FBI because Pandora's box will be opened. The statements of the late Kosta Trebicka and Afrim Diveroli about Gërdec will be opened, the PD cannot bear the burden of the parents who were looking for their children in the fields of Gërdec" .
Sali Berisha's son, Shkëlzen Bersisha, has been called several times by SPAK in connection with his involvement in the business of dismantling weapons in Gërdec, which then brought the great tragedy.
Among other things, he was asked about a fax containing the approval letter from the Ministry of Justice for the contract to be concluded in Gërdec, a copy of which was privately sent to Shkëlzen Berisha from Aldo Bumçi's office. This is the evidence that shows who was interested in that business.
The testimony is supported by the former secretary of Aldo Bumçi given to the prosecutors, who admits that Shkëlzeni went to the office and then Aldo forwarded the order to Shkëlzeni's private office within the Ministry of Defense.
The fax was tried to disappear, but then a copy was seized by the Prosecutor's Office in the materials found after the tragedy at the Ministry of Defense.
Aldo Bumçi was called to SPAK and there he gave false testimony without knowing that his secretary had testified about the meetings with Shkelzen Berisha in the office about this affair. The note belongs to Viktor Gum, the deputy minister of justice at the time, who later became a deputy and minister.
