The Assembly voted with 101 votes in favor, 0 against and 0 abstentions, the draft law for "ratification of the financial agreement within the partnership between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Council of Ministers, and the European Commission, for the specific rules of implementation of EU financial assistance for Albania within the instrument for pre-accession assistance (IPA iii)".

Also, with 101 votes in favor, 0 against, 0 abstentions, the draft law "for the ratification of the agreement, between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the United Arab Emirates, for cooperation in the field of security and the fight against terrorism" was voted. .

While with 99 votes in favor, 0 against 0 abstentions, the agreement on the ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, represented by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Albania, and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain was approved. and Northern Ireland, represented by the Home Office, to exchange information for migration-related purposes.
