The Chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, immediately after the conclusion of the Assembly's proceedings, gave a statement to the media.

He said that the Parliament has turned into a bunker for the corrupt.

"On behalf of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, I condemn the behavior of the speaker of the assembly who has formalized the bunkering of the assembly on behalf of the corrupt and I condemn the provocation ordered by Edi Rama, who, instead of Balluku being in prison as requested by SPAK, comes and sits in the hall as if nothing had happened."

Bardhi added that the Mandates Council should convene.

"The Albanian Parliament has become a haven for the corrupt. The Parliament should serve the Albanians, but the majority has turned it into a bunker for the corrupt. As long as the Parliament protects the corrupt, the opposition will block the sessions. I call on the Parliament not to delay the meeting of the Mandates Council and to hand over Balluk ," said Bardhi.
