The former head of the Assembly, Namik Dokle, has posted on Facebook a photo of the new tower that is being built in the capital. It is being built next to the 15th floor in Tirana and at first glance it looks twice as big as it.

This was also noticed by Dokle who ironically shared a story of a comedian from Shkodran. He goes on to say that the new hotel that is being built is the big 'stake' he is driving into the little one.
