Monika Kryemadhi briefly commented on the behavior of her husband, the chairman of the PL, Ilir Meta, as he stopped to talk to journalists outside the Assembly.

Just like Meta, Kryemadhi called the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) a "tool" of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

However, when asked about the clashes within the Freedom Party, Kryemadhi said that Meta attacked her as a politician, and not as a wife.

"It seems normal that the newspapers, the news goes through Erjon Veliaj's newspapers before SPAK. My husband did not attack me as a wife, but as a politician. Are you sorry that Erion Velia sued my mother? Ladies run with opinions, not with candidacies", said Kryemadhi.
