Members of the Democratic Party in the Tirana Municipal Council have blocked today's meeting, which has not yet started, thus not allowing the swearing-in of their colleague, Kejda Kaceli, who would take over the mandate left by the late Arben Tafaj.

At this meeting, economic assistance for families in need, rental subsidies for families in need, rental bonuses for residents affected by the rehabilitation of the Ring Road, and other important decisions would be approved.
