Prime Minister Edi Rama says that at the end of the year, the results of the final test of the "SHELL" company, which has been searching for oil in Shpirag for almost 10 years, will be announced.

Rama has closely watched the drilling that is being done, as he says that the final test for the stability of the pressure of the flow of gas and oil on the surface of the earth is expected. And the results of this test will be known after a few months.

Rama's post:

" Today in Shpirag, where the important discovery made 6.1km deep in the oil-bearing soil, carries with it the great promise of extracting a significant asset for Albania and the Albanians, and the challenge of the final technical test of assessing the stability of the pressure flow of gas and oil, up to the surface of the earth.

At the end of this year, we will learn this, while we are working in parallel on the project of the Sovereign Fund that will administer this great national wealth, starting from the careful study of world practices in the field, such as the sovereign funds of Norway, Arabia Saudi, Azerbaijan and so on.
