Four Albanians in the new parliament of Montenegro

After the end of the vote counting process in the early elections in Montenegro, the Albanians secured four mandates in the Parliament.

Nik Gjeloshaj's "Albanian Forum" coalition secured two deputies' mandates and Genc Nimanbegu took one seat in the Assembly with the "Alanca Albanian" coalition. Meto Zenga will also be part of the parliament in the coalition with Djukanovic.

Nikollë Camaj, the youngest deputy in the Parliament of Montenegro, said that the two Albanian entities have managed to produce 3 deputies and, together with the deputy who is in coalition with the PDS, constitute 4 deputies in the Parliament of Montenegro and will be a factor decision maker.

"It is a great success for the future of Albanians since with such a number of deputies we are a more decisive factor in the next government.

This number is very important since the Albanians have seen that the only way to solve the Albanian issues is the Albanian parties, we are now four MPs out of 83, which means that we are a factor in the Parliament of Montenegro and it would be good if these Albanians to be united in decisions" , said Nikollë Camaj.

While the Europe Now Movement seems to have started the party as more than 90% of the boxes have been counted in Montenegro.

According to the results so far, Milojko Spajic's Evropa Tani leads the race with 25.5 percent.

The opposition bloc led by the Democratic Party of Socialists has 23.8 percent, the pro-Serbian For the Future of Montenegro has 14.7 percent, while the coalition of URA and Democratic Montenegro has 12.3 percent.

The Bosnian Party received 6.9 percent, while the Albanian Forum, the Albanian Alliance and the Croatian Civic Initiative also cross the threshold to enter parliament.
