A day ago, Prime Minister Edi Rama declared to journalists that he had prepared a draft statute for the Association, which he had sent to French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
However, this action of his has not been well received both within the country, as well as in Kosovo and Serbia, and recently the head of the Albanian government has reacted to the critics.
In a post on Twitter, Rama writes that those who insult him without knowing what the draft Statute of the Association contains are only afraid of losing the enemy who creates the existential condition for them to speak and behave as if they were in the trenches.
"Those who curse and accuse without knowing what the draft Statute of the Association contains are afraid of only one thing: That they don't lose the enemy that creates the existential condition for them to talk and behave as if they were in the trenches, while the war ended in 1999 and the enemy has been defeated", writes Rama.
