After the chaos in the assembly, Sali Berisha gathered the DP group at headquarters, where he accused Prime Minister Rama of having come with a script to interrupt the session.

"Today in the Parliament there was a prepared scenario. It has never happened that a government program passed in 5 minutes, as happened today. This is brutal violence against the Albanian people. This is also a brutal act against the opposition. We must act.

"Prime Minister Edi Rama, with his act, annihilated the votes of those who voted, declared open war with a scenario prepared together with the head of parliament, who is an individual slave to his own crime and corruption and showed that he is capable of implementing any scenario that comes from Edi Rama and his gang," said Berisha.
