Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama has canceled the appointment of Elisa Spiropali as Foreign Minister, after the release of a video of her where, according to him, she is seen meeting with the gangs of Bajra and Pëllumb Gjokës, arrested for connection with criminal groups .

Berisha said that the head of the government, Rama canceled his decision at the last moment.

He emphasized that  "Spiropali was black in the Assembly, his dreams of becoming Foreign Minister were crushed by a video circulating with Bajrat".
