The Democratic Party, through the deputy Ina Zhupa has accused the government that is keeping secret the agreement signed with the foundation that will manage the Butrint National Park.

Zhupa said in a statement to the media denouncing the violation of the rules of procedure of the Assembly and parliamentary procedures for the functioning of committees in order to keep the agreement secret.

" I, as the rapporteur deputy of the education commission, can not get the secret agreement that Butrinti gives, it is not known to whom!
In fact, if you look at the calendar of the assembly, they have appointed a commission responsible for the economy!

Why this violation ??
Because they have decided that the Agreement that we have to approve, that is, the one between the foundation and the ministry must be SECRET!
The change of commissions was done with the sole purpose that only the chairman of the responsible commission can have the agreement !! The Education Commission is headed by the opposition, that of the economy by Shalsi!

For this I have addressed a request to the Assembly!

I could not be part of the facade in the education commission today!

I seek agreement; acts of the foundation (founding act, statute); how the private person was selected; what were the criteria, procedures; what is his experience in managing cultural assets; how will the profits be shared?
