After the verifications made, the Central Election Commission has filled the vacancies with members of the Municipal Councils, giving them the mandate for the municipalities of Belsh, Shijak, Rrogozhin, in Kurbin, in Saranda, in Has   and 3 members of the PSD in Lezhë.

The CEC rejects the candidacy of PDIU for the member of the Municipal Council in Shijak, Qazim Bici .

After verification by the General Prosecutor's Office, Bici was sentenced by a final decision to 6 years in prison in Italy for drug trafficking in 2001.

In the declaration itself, Bici did not indicate the other 3 names, such as Ardian Harukaj, Gëzim Shala and Fabrizio Albartini , that he had used to traffic.
