The second session was held today in the Administrative Court regarding Fredi Beler's lawsuit regarding the decree of President Bajram Begaj for the August 4 elections in Himare.

Fredi Beleri's and PBDNJ's lawyer, Klodiana Gjyzari, said that President Begaj set a date before the deadline for her client to appeal the decision of the CEC. According to her, he had the right to complain until August 5, at 16:00.

" We stand by the demand for lawsuit insurance. We demand the annulment of President Begaj's decree for the elections on August 4, the provision of the lawsuit and thus the suspension of any effect of the decree until a final court decision. ", said the lawyer.

Meanwhile, the trial for the Himara elections, the representative of the Presidency said that Begaj was put in motion after the competent body announced the vacancy, and also another competent body officially announced it. " Plaintiff Beleri should not be legitimized as a party," said the representative of the Presidency. So, the representative of the Presidency added; "PBDNJ recognized the date of August 4 because it continued with the registration of the candidate and the campaign. ".

After the parties were heard, the second request of Beler and PBDNJ for lawsuit insurance for the August 4 elections in Himare was rejected.
