The changes in the government, announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama in Congress, are still pending and awaiting a decree from President Bajram Begaj.

Since Sunday, Begaj has on the table the proposals that Prime Minister Rama delivered to him personally.

Media sources inform that the changes proposed by Rama, ie the names of the 3 new ministers, are in the process of being verified by the President. His decree will be needed for the changes in the government to pass in the Assembly, where they need 71 votes to take office.

The Assembly postponed the special meeting for today at 18:00, but it still remains subject to Begaj's decree.
