Journalist,  Dardan Malaj , is weighing in on the Diaspora 's vote in the May 11 elections.  

According to Malaj, no " old " or " new " political factor is yet able to attract them to be part of the process.

Post by journalist, Dardan Malaj:

Voters within the country + registered abroad, so far do not reach 50% of the total Albanian citizens with the right to vote.

 The "gray electorate" within the country and "indifferent voters" abroad today make up 52% ​​of the total.
