Arben Ahmetaj, in his third interview since his escape for Syri TV, made a series of accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama and Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.
Ahmetaj described Rama as the head of the organization, while he called Balluku a looter who has caused more damage to the budget than the 2019 earthquake.
Ahmetaj spoke about specific tenders and projects that should be investigated as they have caused damage to the state.
"Forgive me, because I will also refer to it with figures, but since the time of Ismail Qemali, but not the virtual one that the head of the organization puts out, the real one, Belinda Balluku is the biggest plunderer of the state budget. Believe me, in my calculations, taking direct references from businesses today, and you know very well that I have become an information nugget, today, the damage caused by Belinda Balluku to the budget is twice as great as the 2019 earthquake," Ahmetaj added.
The former deputy prime minister stressed that the Socialist Party is in the hands of crime. According to him, four districts are run by crime coordinators who are in the Encro Chat and SKY files.
"Today I will answer Yuri Kim, today Albania has fallen into the hands of crime. Take the Socialist Party, there are many socialists, but there is no party. It is just an organization created only to serve one person. There are many socialists. Tell me what connection does the Socialist Party have today with the government that is practically the former municipality 1 and municipality 2? There is no connection. Today, practically, political coordinators have been replaced with crime coordinators. Refer to SKY's Encro Chat, unfortunately due to those files that came to Belgium and France and were not initiated by SPAK, and I will emphasize, four electoral districts have fallen, unfortunately for us who have spent days, nights, years working very happily for the Socialist Party. Four, Shkodra has fallen, Durrës has fallen, Elbasan has fallen, Tirana has fallen. But why is this the Socialist Party? What does the Socialist Party have to do with it?" he declared.
Ahmetaj mentioned Egys Agas, asking what he wants with the prime minister in the Emirates.
"When I went to the elections, I didn't know this would happen. What does Gys Agasi want in the Emirates with the Prime Minister and in DAVOS, what does he represent?" Ahmetaj said.
The former Deputy Prime Minister accused Belinda Balluku of appointing 5 ministers and making direct accusations against one of them.
According to Arben Ahmetaj, Ervin Hoxha, currently the Minister of Interior, has been dismissed from his post for corruption. According to him, Hoxha was appointed to this position by the country's criminal gangs.
"Yes, yes, when I was finance minister, this (Ervin Hoxha) was dismissed by order of the prime minister and I said to him, can you tell me what he did? I know that, he said, that man is corrupt. Today he is the interior minister. And to his shame, he will be left with the impression for the rest of his life that he was appointed by crime and made that kind of arrest that is dirty in the eyes of Albanians, the arrest of the former president," Ahmetaj declared.
Ahmetaj said that Balluku paid people against Erion Veliaj to participate in the protest.
"You know that these two, especially the looter, paid people to protest against Erjon, they have unity now, now that I'm gone, the unity is much stronger there. Her people paid people to go to the protest. Look, when you finish this interview, you'll sit with people, your journalist colleagues, and they'll say, yes, we know this, man, what did you say... tell them," he declared.
Among other things, Arben Ahmetaj has shed more light on the scandal of Albania's cannabisization with a well-thought-out plan by Prime Minister Edi Rama, from the first moment he came to power in 2013.
Ahmetaj referred to a meeting in Durrës of the Council of Ministers with Edi Rama, which according to him was discussed regarding the cannabization of the country, as a detailed plan and product of the prime minister, which according to the former deputy prime minister, was opposed by 5 ministers.
"There were 5 people who opposed what was happening with the cannabization of the country. I was the most vocal, both because of my nature. But 5 ministers opposed it. Erion Veliaj was a minister, he opposed it. Saimir Tahiri who made it a 'turk' and with three-quarters of the vote opposed it, Ditmir Bushati opposed it, Damian Gjiknuri opposed it, I strongly opposed it. The cannabization of the country is a product of the head of the organization. These 5 ministers and others who did not listen opposed it," Ahmetaj said.
Ahmetaj continued the accusations against Rama, saying that the company that benefited from the 15 million euro project of the AKSHI laboratories is the prime minister's cronies.
Also, another scandalous fact, according to Ahmetaj, is that two arrest warrants have been issued for the AKSHI labs affair.
AKSHI is the prime minister's private garden, where people connected to his family do whatever they want. And it's ten times more in laboratories. I have a question for investigative journalists: Dig these, go to customs, if you don't find 10 times the cost as profit then come back to me. Second, dig dear investigative journalists, were two arrest warrants torn up a month and a half, two months ago, in connection with the laboratories?
Have two arrest warrants been dropped? Investigate it, two arrest warrants, as happened with the Tirana incinerator.
Which company has received the 15-million euro cybersecurity project?
Company 'First', connected to the family. Where does the money go? 'Follow the money'! Or do you follow Erjola's plates. Or do you deal with the appraisers, as lawyer Ligori tells me, who have returned it once and are returning it again. Or is this fun for me to be a structured criminal group with my wife and ex-wife?
Since you want facts, the 15-million project is unpublished, not put out to open tender. Find it published! The First company took it, and 'follow the money' - declared Ahmetaj.
Arben Ahmetaj continued the accusations that businessmen who have received building permits have also paid for Edi Rama's charters.
"Well, this person has declared the charter flights, I'm taking a couple, because I have 8, but I'm taking two, except for Air Albania, which I took out. Who paid for the charter flight from Stuttgart and did this person get a building permit?" Ahmetaj said.
He added that a businessman paid for Edi Rama and Linda Rama to go to a hotel that serves as a detoxification center.
Ahmetaj also revealed the name of the hotel and said that each session there costs 10 thousand euros.
"On one phone, SPAK has almost 12 flights. One of them said, 'Hey, what are you doing with the slave? The slave has nothing to do with it.' Then, wait a second, there are 12 charter flights for the prime minister. 'Brother, what do we have to do with those? We're not going to deal with the prime minister. We're dealing with someone else.'
"Okay, investigative journalists, verify where the head of the organization (Rama) was at the Palazzo Hotel in Bolzano, a detoxification center. He was there more than twice. He was with his wife, the person costs 10 thousand euros a week. He paid a businessman who is close to the family and the person has continuously received building permits. Let them verify, Palace Di Merino, it is a very expensive place, they were with their family, without children and the businessman who received the building permit paid for it," Ahmetaj said.
