Democratic Party MP, Flamur Noka, left the premises of the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) today.
In a statement to the media, he also revealed the reason for the summons from the special prosecutors.
" I was summoned by SKAP for the denunciations made during the electoral campaign. The task force set up to investigate electoral crime died before it was even activated. The electoral crime that we were promised would be punished is now being dealt with by SPAK, the electoral crime more institutionalized than ever and has decided the fate of the Albanian vote ," he said.
