After the merger of the Courts of Appeal on February 1st throughout the country and their concentration in a single one in Tirana, all the cases that did not have a specific date were re-thrown by lot, to appoint the judges. Among them was the complaint that the Democratic Party of Alibeaj made to the decision of judge Agron Zhukri, who gave the seal of the party to Sali Berisha on March 25.

The lot cast today determined that the issue of the stamp of the Democratic Party in the Appeal will be examined by Elona Mihali, who will be the relator judge, while judges Irida Kacerja and Astrit Kalaja have been appointed as members.

The Reestablishment Group has requested that a date be set as soon as possible, while it will now be the 3 judges who will decide when they will consider the issue of DP animation.
