The head of the Thurrje Initiative, Endri Shabani, says that Albania does not benefit from the migrant agreement with Italy, except that it assumes a great risk.
According to him, immigrant camps risk turning into terrorist training cells. He said in the show "Open" that serious events such as rape and human trafficking are constantly recorded in the migrant camps of Greece.
"They can turn into terrorist training cells. The police goes there and doesn't understand that they speak another language, they don't speak Albanian. Health problems are a major concern in these camps. We have the case of the Mujahideen, you have no control in those territories. In Greece, in the refugee camps there is human trafficking, there are rapes of the women and children who are there.
Italy has a responsibility, it is a bigger country than us, it has a responsibility towards the EU. In this topic, there are risks, there are costs and we do not gain anything", said Shabani.
