Through a post on social networks he has listed five reasons where he supports his request. According to Elez, a non-primary race has been announced, the time is short to go to the 80 branches of the DP and that the DP still does not have an accurate membership list.

Elezi further adds that Berisha is behaving like the 'de facto' chairman of the Democratic Party, while he also demands the dismissal of Albana Vokshi from the Commission, because according to him, she is a black example of vote manipulation in some electoral processes.

Why :

First, a non-primary race was announced, contrary to the decisions of the assembly of December 11th.

Thirdly, the assembly of December 11 decided that the lists should be specified by sections and branches, which has not been done for 4 months, and this process can not be done with Luli's lists as on June 13, 2021.
Fourth, Mr. Berisha he is continuing to speak and give press conferences as if he were the de facto chairman of the DPA, while he is still one of the 250 members of the council, this behavior compromises the entire election process after December 11th.
Fifth, the commission chaired by Alban Vokshin should be dismissed, a black example of vote rigging in some electoral processes, and a commission should be elected with people with proven integrity.

All these actions that are in complete violation of the decisions of the Assembly of December 11 are deliberately leading to the complete destruction of the DP, which I have warned for a long time.

If the newly elected national council does not react to this situation of violation of the basic rules of democracy, it does nothing but confirm the accusations that they are people appointed as a reward for the servility provided.
