Luan Baçi

This Thursday's session did not take place according to the Assembly's regulations either, and just like the previous times, it lasted very little (only 7 minutes).

The draft budget for the year 2024 has been approved, after the speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla , listed all the points with a "stunning" speed, given that the situation created in the hall was completely noisy.

VoxNews has provided the video of how the smokers were brought into the Parliament, in the video it appears the deputy of the Democratic Party, Luan Baçi , who takes the smokers out of the socks.

During the voting, the DP deputies continued with their "protest", with cigarettes and capsules.

The Prime Minister of the country, Edi Rama, was also present at the session this Thursday, who did not react to what he was seeing, but only gave the green card for the approval of the budget.

4 bills were voted in favor with 75 votes:  On Taxes, Tax Procedures, Excise for the year and the 2024 Budget . Likewise, the speaker of the Parliament, Lindita Nikolla, excluded the deputy Asllan Dogjani from the plenary session .
