The leader of the Socialists overthrew any anticipated changes in the reform of the Socialist Party through changes in leadership.

At the end of his speech at the extraordinary congress, Rama declared that these changes will be announced in the spring of next year.

"There will be a total renewal plan for the party" - said Rama, setting milestones related to participation in forums, gender equality, and the reform of representation through delegates, but without going into great detail.

Releasing the congress hall with jokes, after a speech of more than 1 hour, Rama said that it is not yet time for changes without having a good plan to reform the party.

Where Rama focused more was on the Socialists' model of governance over the next few years. His speech sounded more like a governing plan than a reform of political representation, a plan that, as Rama declared, he will do through a new technological advantage that is Artificial Intelligence.

Regarding the negotiations with the EU, Prime Minister Rama said that AI will be used to align legislation in record time. It will be a big surprise and a postcard for the EU on how the Albanian model will manage to be completed so quickly, a process that takes many years and that the Albanian government intends to complete in less than 1.5 years.

According to the prime minister, this acceleration of the process will also be a response to any veto case, such as the one warned by Greece about the "Bajleri" case, for which the prime minister said that "he will not change his position for any reason".

Rama said that AI will also be used in tenders, which are the main source of corruption by calculating services and criteria. "Letters will no longer do this, but only good criteria determined by artificial intelligence"

In agriculture, there will be a pilot project through artificial intelligence that will be implemented in the area of ​​Lushnja.

AI will be used by the government to clear the Albanian legislation of overlaps and contradictions.

According to Rama, AI will be used by enriching services for the public and especially something special for pensioners.

Although Artificial Intelligence will be the new socialist administration in the executive, the justice system still requires time to fully utilize this technological innovation. Socialists are preparing something else to deepen the reform in justice.

Edi Rama, stating that the reform in justice is the exclusive success of the socialists and not of the EU and the USA, said that he will deepen the reform, which will also affect judges and prosecutors. "Only SPAK and GJKKO are not enough," said Rama, but the assembly will regain a new position in the new reform because independent institutions cannot be islands of the republic.

The Assembly will be the center of gravity of the reform in the future in justice that, despite the criticism that it may look like a power grab, according to the Prime Minister "they will set in motion the justice which has not yet approached European justice as long as the Albanian state does not apply and operates on such a right."

"Look at the case of January 21" - said Rama, considering that "the Tirana prosecutor's office is still not acting".

In the sounds of the "Only forward" campaign, Rama's speech ended, freeing the other socialist leaders from the anxiety of change for the moment and to accept artificial intelligence as a harmless substitute in their place.

At least until next spring. And postponing for some time the urgent need that Prime Minister Rama himself has expressed for a human leadership team of today's majority seeking the fourth mandate .
