The Democratic Party continued with its weekly rostrum in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, stated that this year is the year of the overthrow of dictatorships.

"Dear friends, the year 2026 will be written in golden letters on the walls of time as the year of anti-dictatorships. As the year when the peoples of autocracies managed to overthrow them one after the other. For two weeks, the streets of Tehran and other cities of Iran have been filled with courageous, brave opponents, who, despite the massacres, the barrages of the obscurantist ayatollahs, are walking confidently towards victory. Nothing can stop a people determined to defend their ideals of freedom. Nothing can stop their momentum, their courage, their momentum, without triumphing. And we come here because we have this faith. Because we believe in our right ideals. And because we believe that these ideals will triumph soon ," said Berisha.

He accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of moving towards a coup d'état and blocking the justice system.

"My friends, Edi Rama, while Albanians are determined to give him the punishment he deserves, is moving towards a coup d'état. He is moving towards blocking the justice system."

"He, in an irresponsible act, challenges and humiliates Albanians every day, taking off his mask, Lubi Balluku, to tell them that we don't even ask about you. But here's what we will say on your behalf, we absolutely will not ask about you, and you will have the fate you deserve ," said Berisha.

Berisha invited citizens to show the power of Albanian unity on January 24th.

"Dear friends, in these days that separate us, it is vital that each of us sit down, talk to every citizen, regardless of their political beliefs. Let's unite, talk to every intellectual, regardless of their positions, get out of conformism, forget that conformism is the most terrible disease of an intellectual," Berisha concluded.
