Democratic Party MP Belind Këlliçi appeared at SPAK premises this afternoon.
The reasons for his appearance at SPAK are still unknown, but are expected to be clarified in the future.

The last time was in September 2025, when he was questioned regarding the reports he filed with the Special Prosecution Office.
He has filed several lawsuits with SPAK for abuses, according to him, in the Municipality of Tirana.
Këlliçi was among the first whistleblowers regarding the " 5D " affair, subsequently leading to the arrest of former Municipality officials.
