You don't go to the Albanian state bank to work where the directorate is, let's say loans, with a veterinary degree. This does not happen. It is the property bank of Albanians. We have to return it to the property bank. The cadastre does not belong to the deputies, it does not belong to the councilors, it does not belong to the directors, nor to anyone else. It is the property bank.
